Pairing wine with your cheese is a delicious way to elevate a simple snack. Learn the fundamentals of wine and cheese pairing while tasting the combinations for yourself. You’ll learn how acidity, weight, and flavor play together, how to avoid common pairing mistakes, and how to make confident choices for yourself.

May 2: Olive Oil Tasting

Learn about the differences in olive oils while tasting four examples from different parts of the world. Identify which types of oils are best for cooking, dipping, or dressings.
