STORY: One of our flagship varietals, and Cindy’s favorite, this wine is always 100% Cabernet Franc. Cabernet Franc comes in many forms, and its variety of flavors and aromatics are what makes it so appealing. Our style balances the ripeness of the new world, but still retains an aromatic intrigue. Historically, Cabernet Franc is thought to be about 4,000 years old and was genetically crossed with Sauvignon Blanc roughly 400 years ago, resulting in Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourcing from different vineyards allows us to beautifully blend the herbaceous, earthy notes Cab Franc is known for, with the rich dark fruit flavors of Washington State.
