1. Membership Benefits

• As a member, you will receive quarterly wine releases curated by our team, seasonally selected for your enjoyment.  Each club release requires a minimum purchase of 4 bottles of wine.
• Your credit card will be securely kept on file in our system. You will receive an email one week prior to billing with details about the upcoming release and an option to customize your selection before your card is charged.
• Allocations are available for pick-up anytime after your credit card is charged. Wine not picked up within 90 days is subject to substitution with a newer vintage or a similar wine. Any wine not picked up within 120 days will be shipped to you, and shipping charges will apply.
• You may redeem your wine club tastings during regular tasting room hours. The member on the account must be present. Please inform our staff that you would like to use one of your tastings.

2. Shipping

• If you have requested to have your wines shipped, they will be sent via Ground Shipping (unless otherwise requested) at a flat rate of $25 for 1-12 bottles to the lower 48 states.
• We reserve the right to hold shipments due to unfavorable temperature conditions. If you choose not to follow the recommended shipping guidelines regarding temperature, you accept full responsibility for the condition of the wines upon receipt.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, and any additional charges due to returned or reshipped wine will be the member's responsibility. Standard shipping charges will apply to all reshipped packages.
• It is the member's responsibility to update their shipping address prior to an allocation.
• Wine shipments must be received by adults 21 years of age or older.
• Members shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will receive a $25 shipping credit.
• We do not ship to the following states: Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island, and Utah.

3. Billing and Customization

• You will receive an email one week prior to billing, outlining the wines selected by our winemaker for that season. This email will also provide the option to log in to your account and make any preferred changes to your wine selection.
• Your credit card on file will be charged automatically for each allocation after the customization period.
• Changes made after the customization period may only be for wines of greater or equal value.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations may be made after receiving a minimum of one allocation.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our Wine Club Coordinator at WineClub@TwoVintners.com.

6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to membership benefits, pricing, shipping policies, and billing procedures, at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance via email.
